What hours are you open?
The clinic is open Monday to Friday between 8:45am and 5pm.
Do I need a Doctor’s referral?
You do not need a doctor’s referral, however, we will gladly accept a referral from your GP if you have
one.
How many treatments will I need?
We do not have a set number of treatments for any injury or condition, but at Elite Therapy we strive to get you back to full fitness in the shortest possible time.
Will I be expected to do anything in between treatment sessions?
You will be given advice to help with your recovery along with the possibility of some exercises and stretches to do
at home with the aim to ensure that your recovery is optimal and to minimise the chances of any relapse.
Is there a waiting list for treatment?
No. We usually try to see you within 24 - 48 hours. Sometimes same-day appointments are available.
How long are the treatment sessions?
Your first appointment will take up to an hour and includes a full assessment & treatment. Follow-up appointments take between 30 and 45 minutes.
What should I wear?
You should dress comfortably in loose fitting clothes. The therapist will need to see the affected body part, for the lower limbs bring shorts, for back problems the therapist may require you to remove your top.
What are your terms of payment?
Payment is made after each treatment session either by card, cash or cheque.
Can I park at the clinic?
Yes, there is plenty of free off-road parking at the clinic and disability access.
Is there a cancellation fee?
If you fail to attend or cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours' notice the full appointment fee will be charged.
